All orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address seems like a valid address, any delivery problems relating to incorrectly provided addresses will be the responsibility of the buyer. All orders require at least 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. Architecture Today does not process orders during weekends or public holidays. Unexpected demand for particular items and/or problems with payment verification may delay processing and shipping times.

Your rights to cancel and obtain a refund are primarily covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014). If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you received the product; if you have paid for a subscription this will be the first issue of that subscription. We will process any refund to you with the same method you used to place the initial order and this will be done at the earliest possible opportunity after you receive your cancellation notification.
